The Phillip Fulmer Golf Classic swings into its tenth year to raise funds to benefit The Jason Foundation. In the past three years, the golf classic has raised over $275,000 in monetary and in-kind contributions, which have helped JFI place educational programs in schools, churches and other youth organizations at no charge. This year, the Phillip Fulmer Golf Classic goal is to raise $120,000 to reach the youth in Tennessee and beyond. |

Phillip Fulmer, head football coach of the University of Tennessee Volunteers, is the nation's winningest Head Football Coach and won back-to-back SEC Championships in 1997 and 1998. The University of Tennessee won the National Championship in 1998, the same year that Coach Fulmer signed on as the National Spokesperson for The Jason Foundation. Coach Fulmer has worked tirelessly for the prevention of youth suicide since he joined the JFI team. | |
